Why Is Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle The #1 Best Selling E-Book On The Internet?

It's because thousands of women and men of every age are burning off BODY FAT - not muscle or water weight - and they're doing it naturally, without supplements, pills or "magic potions," simply by using the proven, scientifically-accurate and common-sense advice found inside this amazing diet and fitness guidebook.

Tom Venuto, a respected fat loss expert, natural bodybuilder, and personal trainer, has not just pumped out yet another "diet program" into an already over-saturated market. Tom's Burn the Fat can be more accurately described as a "Fat Loss Bible." It is quite simply one of the most complete, detailed, and precise guides to fat loss you will ever read. What makes it so much different than other weight loss publications on the market?

Well first of all, it's not a "weight loss" program, it's a "fat" loss program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you've read just the first three chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing "weight loss" is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you've failed to reach and maintain your ideal body weight. Burn The Fat shows you exactly why it's fat you must lose, not "weight" (which includes muscle, water and other lean tissue) and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.

Secondly, what makes Burn The Fat different is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element of successful, healthy, permanent fat loss. Burn The Fat not only thoroughly dispels the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about fat loss ever written. By reading Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, (or better yet, "studying it"), you will learn more about fat loss than you could from an entire semester of nutrition classes or from an entire shelf of maintstream diet publications at your local bookstore.

You may be wondering, "Is this a low carb diet? A high protein diet? A high fat diet? what type of program IS it???" The truth is that Burn the Fat is neither a high protein diet, or a low carb diet. That's because with the information in this book, you will be able to easily determine your own ideal protein, carbs and fats ratio. You will be able to analyze your body type (are you an endomorph, ectomorph, or mesomorph?), you will determine your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate, or the amount of "maintenance" calories your body requires every day), and you will find out whether you are carb tolerant or carb intolerant.

This personalized approach makes perfect sense because each of us is a unique individual and no two people are exactly alike in terms of body physiology and personal goals.

One of the most powerful chapters in the book is the first one called, "How To Set Powerful, Compelling Goals That Will Propel You Forward and Charge You Up with Unstoppable Motivation." In this chapter, you will learn what is probably the ultimate secret to burning fat and getting in shape... and it has nothing to do with diets, supplements or training programs.

If there is any drawback to the Burn The Fat ebook, it's that it contains so much information, that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. Those who are looking for a "cliff's Note's" quick start type of fat loss program, might be a bit intimated at first. The good part however, is that even these types of readers can feel confident and assured that it will be worth the effort because this will literally be the last book they ever have to buy on the subject.

Who will benefit most from Burn the Fat?

In the broadest sense, anyone and everyone who needs to lose weight will benefit from Burn The Fat. Men, women, bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts, and especially motivated individuals and avid readers will love this book. Although it was written by a bodybuilder, this book is certainly NOT just for bodybuilders.

You will find no "30 lbs. in 30 days" miracles at work here. It's all about intelligent eating choices, planning, hard work and lifestyle change. As Burn The Fat author Tom Venuto says,... "Burn the Fat is simple, but it's not easy."

In terms of graphic design, Burn the Fat is a clean and professionally formatted PDF e-book. It's a little on the plain side, being just text, but that makes it ideal for printing and reading in the comfort of a favorite chair. Because of it's size, it does require a robust printer and a good stack of paper.

Initially, some people thought that Burn the Fat was priced a little on the high side because $39 might seem like a fair chunk of money for an ebook download. However, after they saw the amount of information contained within Burn The Fat's 340 pages, along with the special bonus ebooks and reports that come with it, they said it was not only worth the $39, but many times that amount.

As with any how-to publication, you're not really paying for the materials used to compile the document, but for what the information can do for you, and clearly, this publication has changed many lives and the hundreds of testimonials and success stories found on the Burn The Fat website are proof of that (I recommend you take a look at that "testimonials" page on the Burn The Fat website because some of the before and after transformations are simply incredible - as well as inspiring).

The Bottom line?

Anyone looking for a quick fix solution to fat loss, anyone looking to be told fairy-tales, and anyone looking for a "magic bullet" offered by the likes of body wraps, fat burning pills, diet shakes, or "fat-burning" creams and gels might be best advised to steer clear of Burn the Fat.

On the other hand, anyone tired of "spinning their wheels" going nowhere, who wants the truth about fat loss and who is ready and willing to put in the hard work and discipline and make the lifestyle changes necessary to get a fat free body, will find Burn The fat to be one of the best investments they ever made in their lives.

The Shocking Truth About Eight Deadly Diseases That May Be Affecting Your Health and Lifestyle

I came across an article written by Dr. Ray Strand, a family practitioner and author of several books including What Your Doctor Doesn't know About Nutritional Medicine May Be Killing You; Releasing Fat; Developing Healthy Lifestyles That Have a Side-effect of Permanent Fat Loss; and Bionutrition: The Amazing Health Benefits of Vitamin Supplements, to name a few. I would like to share with you what Dr. Strand has to say about "the eight deadly diseases that are sending people to an early grave".

Deadly Disease Number 1: Heart Disease

Truth: Coronary artery disease is the number one killer in industrialized nations today, accounting for over 7.2 million deaths a year.

Heart disease is an inflammatory disease of the artery, not a disease of cholesterol. Over half of the patients who suffer a heart attack have normal cholesterol levels. The underlying cause of inflammation of the artery is "oxidized" LDL cholesterol, homocysteine, along with excessive free radicals caused by hypertension, diabetes, cigarette smoking, fatty meals, and elevated insulin levels. All of these causes inflammation of the artery are either eliminated or reduced by the use of nutritional supplementation.

Deadly Disease Number 2: Cancer

Truth: 8.6 million people die of cancer yearly.

In spite of the great advances in the diagnosis and treat of cancer, the eventual outcome is too often a very difficult and painful death. Medical literature increasingly supports the fact that cancer develops from damage to the DNA of cells by unstable molecules over the course of 10 to 20 years.

Deadly Disease Number 3: Stroke

Truth: 5.5 million people die from stroke every year.

Stroke occurs suddenly and usually without warning. Dr. Meir Stampfer reported in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1995 that 15 percent of all strokes could be related to elevated homocysteine, a by-product of protein metabolism that is elevated in individuals who have low levels of folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12.

Deadly Disease Number 4: Diabetes

Truth: 194 million people suffer from diabetes, and it is estimated to rise to 300 million by the year 2025.

The overwhelming new cases of diabetes in the world today are the result of insulin resistance. Physicians are busy treating blood sugars rather than the underlying problem, the insulin resistance. Diet, exercise, and potent nutritional supplements all improve sensitivity to your own insulin and are critical in preventing diabetes from occurring in the first place or, if you already have diabetes, helping control your diabetes.

Deadly Disease Number 5: Osteoporosis

Truth: 25 million North Americans suffer from osteoporosis.

Osteoporosis and bone health depend not only on estrogen and calcium, but on a wide range of nutrients, including vitamins B6, C, D, K, folic acid, manganese, zinc, and copper. Failure to meet one or more of these nutrient needs could result in accelerated osteoporosis. Maintaining strong and healthy bones should begin early.

Deadly Disease Number 6: Arthritis

Truth: Over 165 million people have some form of arthritis,

More than 70 to 80 percent of the population over the age of 50 suffers from degenerative arthritis. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication does nothing to slow down the progression of the disease and is responsible for over 100,000 hospital admissions each year and 16,000 deaths. Glucosamine sulfate, along with complete and balanced nutritional supplements on the other hand, actually slows down degenerative arthritis and is even able to increase cartilage within the joint, without dangerous side effects.

Deadly Disease Number 7: Alzheimer's:

Truth: An estimated 29 million people suffer from dementia.

Alzheimer's dementia has been shown to be caused by oxidative stress. Patients who have the highest intake of antioxidants, which combats oxidative stress, have the lowest risk of developing Alzheimer's dementia. Dr. Strand believes that the absolute best way to protect yourself against the development of these neurodegenerative diseases is by taking highly potent nutritional supplements.

Deadly Disease Number 8: Obesity

Truth: For the first time in the history of the United States and other industrialized countries, there are more people who are obese than are of normal weight.

Researchers are beginning to realize that one of the main causes of obesity is insulin resistance. Eating in such a way as not to spike your blood sugar, modest exercise, and nutritional supplements all improve insulin sensitivity. This triad of healthy lifestyle has a side effect of fat loss.

Remember: When you are maximizing your body's health potential, we everyone wins. When you don't, we all lose.

Travel Health Insurance: Do I Need It?

When planning any kind of trip whether it is domestic or abroad, it is important to have travel health insurance. This kind of insurance not only insures one's health and safety but also prevents financial losses that could occur due to medical emergencies that are not insured. Typically the insurance that one has in one's home country does not cover medical expenses incurred when traveling outside the home country so that having travel health insurance is important for covering those medical emergencies while on a trip.

Part of planning a trip should include buying travel health insurance. There are various plans depending on the type of traveling that will be done. There is short-term insurance which is available with many options for trips as short as two days to longer trips that can last up to six months, with the ability to renew the plan for up to three years. Some of these plans are geared for people under the ages of 69 or 74 with the more expensive plans available for the more elderly adults. The benefits covered are usually up to $1 million and can also cover preexisting conditions.

Long term travel health insurance provides major medical benefits for those who are living or working abroad and may be issued for 12 months at a time with the ability to renew the insurance after that period on an annual basis. This type of insurance also provides a wide range of standard benefits and may include maternity and dental coverage. These plans are typically offered to those who are younger than 74 and cover $5 million in medical expenses over a life time.

There is also travel health insurance for senior citizens who are over the age of 84 so that the cost of potential medical expenses does not interfere with money reserved for retirement. These plans are more flexible in nature with the maximum benefit determined by age. Major medical benefits are provided with a choice of deductible.

Another travel insurance plan that should be investigates is trip cancellation insurance. This type of insurance covers expenses for an accident, sickness or loss when traveling as well as reimbursement if a trip is cancelled by the travel supplier, weather conditions that make it impossible for the trip to be undertaken or any other type of event that could cause the cancellation of a vacation or business trip. This benefit applies primarily to those trips that have been paid for in advance.

Student health insurance is not a luxury as governments and educational institutions require that students studying abroad have a comprehensive health insurance policy. Often the educational institution in which the student is enrolled will provide a plan but many outside insurance companies can provide plans accepted by the educational institution that are more cost-effective and provide benefits that meet or exceed institution and government requirements.

The Cheapest Travel Insurance For College Students

As a college student, you normally look for the cheapest travel insurance policy you can find because you need to save money. Getting the right coverage is everything: it means security, and you will need every ounce of it while out there. It may help too if you look for deals and discounts; you need such schemes so you can save for this activity.

Most students do not have money to waste, and sometimes they unfortunately end up paying more that what they normally need. As with credit cards and other financial products, a lack of understanding can be costly. Students planning to travel and have fun can always find cost-effective solutions if they take time to check out their options carefully.

The nature of the trip is among the primary considerations in this scenario; this will naturally lead to the proper coverage needed for the kind of trip that you are planning. It will also include the timeframe and the different activities planned.

The cheapest travel insurance policy that you are looking for must be tailored to what you have in mind. Your travel insurance options will include the following:

• The single trip travel insurance: This type is often used for the holidays. A single trip policy can be your cheapest travel insurance option if you plan to take only one trip abroad per year. Planning for more trips may require you the annual multi-trip policies. This will surely save you money compared to purchasing single policies per trip.

•Short Trip Coverage:: This type of coverage is perfect for a traditional, short backpacking visit throughout Europe, Asia or somewhere else.

•Gap year: This specific product is designed to give protection if you are taking a gap year in between high school and college or finishing your degree and your first job.

•Extra Coverage: If you are planning for a more adventurous European summer after a hard exam period, you can always opt for regular travel insurance coverage.

Because your goal here is to find a very affordable travel insurance policy, you should also consider getting the most out of it with attractive promotions and discounts lining up and calling out your attention. As a student, you should expect special discounts and all out access to deals offered by various travel insurance companies. You have wonderful choices ranging from a percentage-off on policy costs to low-cost packages. These special deals and discounts are accessible online, through university/student union deals. This is possible if you have your bank account with you.

Such deals and discounts considered part of the student bank account package should not be mistaken for policies offered that would cover all of your needs. These "freebies" are only good at the basic levels, and they may lack most of those important features and the benefits that really defines your need during your travel.

To complete your search for the cheapest travel insurance policy, you must compare and understand the costs involved. In general, the travel insurance industry is very competitive, given the fact that travelling and all the insurances that are bound to follow through is a very lively activity. Travel insurance comparison sites are your best guide for this matter. Whatever the outcome, nothing beats old-fashioned preparation and research.

When Travel Insurance Might Be Something To Consider

Travel insurance is often looked upon as a pork barrel for insurance carriers, but there are good reasons - and ways - to seriously consider trip coverage.

In our changing times, travelers are older than travelers were a generation ago. People with disabilities, elders, and families with small children are courted by major air carriers, cruise lines, hotels and tour operators, so the traveling population is more eclectic - and possibly at higher risk.

Some of the coverage included in a "packaged" trip insurance policy almost certainly generates a profit for the insurer. The actuarial odds that many travelers will need $100,000 medical evacuation coverage, for example, are probably very long. But mortgage holders also force mortgagees to pay flood insurance for floodplain units on the tenth floor, unlikely to be at risk of water damage. We pay fire coverage in our auto premiums though most of us have yet to own, or see, a car that has burst into flames or was torched or burned in any way.

Travelers traditionally worry most about three things: loss of luggage, illness away from home, and trip cancellation or interruption. Add in the volatile nature of travel today - flights cancelled because of volcanic eruptions, terrorist alerts, labor disputes, political hot spots and cruises at risk because of diseases on board or piracy concerns - and insuring against risk seems less frivolous, indeed.

To evaluate your insurance needs, first find out what insurance coverage you may already have. Check credit card benefits on cards used for travel. Homeowners, auto and health insurance policies also may cover travel related losses or expenses. Read credit card benefits summaries available online, and study insurance policies before deciding what travel insurance you need, if any. If obtuse legal jargon is confusing, call the toll-free numbers for the card companies or insurance carriers and agents for straight answers.

You might also explore the purchase of inexpensive per trip coverage through your credit card. You can cancel that coverage when you return home. A little thoughtful research allows you to know what you have and what you might need if the cost is reasonable. Then you need only decide what supplemental coverage you might consider buying. Set a reasonable dollar limit within which coverage makes sense and stick to it.

When a trip implodes for any reason travel insurance can be invaluable, but these "Buyer Beware" considerations should be heeded before a purchase is made:

1) Study existing policies and benefits. Homeowners, health and auto insurance, and credit card programs may already cover many of your travel needs. Call and ask questions.

2) Do the research necessary to supplement existing coverage with affordable travel policies for specific areas like medical, trip interruption or cancellation and luggage loss. Compare costs from several carriers and buy only what seems necessary.

3) Buy only what will allow you to travel with peace of mind at a reasonable cost.

When the unexpected happens, the most expensive insurance can be the one you didn't buy; but no coverage should be "priceless."

Do I Need Visitor Insurance When Going to the Province of Quebec, Canada?

Every year, there are thousands of tourists, visitors, new immigrants and foreign students arriving to the province of Quebec, Canada. Many short term tourists purchase a medical insurance in their home country or are protected through their private health plan or credit card protection.

However there are many visitors who don't purchase any medical insurance, taking enormous chance of incurring large medical expenses in case of emergency, or potentially leaving their host liable to these medical bills. Admission to the emergency room costs at least $800 and that before any tests or diagnostics. Overnight stay can amount to $1,500 per day, and thousands of dollars for any major medical emergency such as cardiac or neurological incident.

Canadians living in Quebec are entitled to free medical care under the RAMQ public healthcare plan. However new immigrants and Canadians returning home after an extended stay outside of Canada must purchase a private medical insurance for 90 days (compulsory waiting period) until obtaining their new RAMQ card. The 90 days waiting period commences from the time the person submit an application to an RAMQ card.

Foreign students must purchase a private medical insurance for the duration of their studies, or else they are taking the risk of seeing their student visa renewal being refused. Most universities offer group insurance, however it is recommended to purchase insurance even for the period before the studies. Medical insurance should be purchased for anyone studying in a private school or college or a language school.

Generally there are three types of visitors' insurance products being offered: Foreign student insurance: these are usually affordable because most students are young and the claim ratio is relatively low. These policies also offer the most benefits and usually represent a good deal. Protection start at $2 million for medical emergencies.

Visitors and new immigrant insurance: these policies are priced based on the age of the applicant and the amount of protection. Typical protection amounts are $10,000; $25,000; $50,000; $100,000 and $150,000. These policies offer excellent protection for medical emergencies, ensuing care, and emergency transport.

Expatriate insurance: few people are aware that new immigrants and Canadians returning to live in Canada can purchase expatriate insurance which offers better protection and options at much lower premiums. Expatriate insurance offers protection for amounts of $100,000 and up.

How much protection does a person need? For younger healthy people a protection of $25,000 or $50,000 is sufficient. For those on a tight budget $10,000 protection is a better option than no protection at all. For older people, or people with medical conditions such diabetic, asthma, high blood pressure, or any other heart conditions it is recommended to purchase a higher amount of protection such as $100,000 or $150,000

How about a family? Families usually obtain favourable rates. Most insurance companies charge double the rate of the oldest person in the family.

What insurance companies offer the best plans? TIC offers the largest selection including a $10,000 protection and affordable student and expatriate plans. ETFS also offers a large selection of products with protection starting at $25,000 Travel Underwriters offers a good selection for older people or those with pre-existing conditions. Functions of USCIS and Immigration and Naturalization Services

The Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) was a part of the United States Department of Justice. This agency was authorized to manage all the issues related to immigration and naturalization. The agency aimed to protect and enforce the Naturalization laws. Later on INS was dispersed and divided into three new agencies. The three new agencies are United States Citizenship and Immigration services (USCIS), Customs Border and Protection (CBP), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). These new agencies work under the US Department of Homeland Security.

The USCIS deals with all the services related to immigration such as Green Card, naturalization and other functions. Border functions including the border patrol are handled by the CBP. Investigations and issues related to deportation are administered by ICE.

Many people still use Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) in order to refer to the USCIS. But the INS does not exist. US Citizenship and Immigration Services is the name of the government agency that takes care of the American immigration and naturalization services.

The former functions of the INS are grouped under the three different agencies after the Homeland Security Act of 2002 came into law in 2003.

The INS grew during World War II and its responsibilities related to the nation's security increased at that time. INS kept track of all undocumented immigrants, legally. They also handled clearance for people who left the United States on defense duty. The INS restricted the undocumented immigrants from receiving social security benefits and employment opportunities in the United States. Such people who came to the United States illegally were arrested and deported by the INS.

The head of the INS was the commissioner who was appointed by the President and the commissioner reported to the Attorney General in the Department of Justice. INS worked with the US Department of State and the Department of Health and Human Services. This large organization had four main divisions such as programs, field operations, policy and planning, and management. These four divisions were responsible for the operation and management of the INS.

The administrative services that were previously carried out by the INS are now performed by the USCIS. United States CIS aims at overseeing lawful immigration to America. USCIS will see to that its customers are provided with accurate information related to citizenship and immigration benefits. Now there are 18,000 employees and contractors of the USCIS. They work at 250 U.S. CIS offices across the globe. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services strengthen the safety and integrity of the American immigration system and it also promotes flexible and reliable immigration policies.

Illegal Actions and overstaying your visit:

Even if a visitor stays only one day past their visa expiry, imprisonment may result. If arrested for illegal activities this could include imprisonment, deportation and prohibited entry to the USA for up to 10 years.

Prospective Students The U.S. immigration law formerly allowed prospective students to enter first on a tourist visa, search for schools and convert to a student visa. This is not allowed any more. A student must first apply from their country of residence for an F-1 visa if he/she plans to study in the USA. Applicants may intend to stay in the U.S. permanently for various reasons such as: Adult children cannot get an immigrant visa along with parents because they aged out. Spouse is a green card holder. However, the F2A petition will take around five to six years to get accepted and the other partner would like to go to the U.S.A. to live with the green card holder.
